This sequence is used universally for both loose-tube and ribbon fiber cables to ensure consistent identification during installation and maintenance .Cables with More Than 12 FibersWhen a cable contains more than 12 fibers, the 12-color sequence repeats in groups, often with a stripe or marker to distinguish repeated sets.
